INVITATION

1. Welcome to recommend the beauty of your city to attend this wonderful pageant of beauty queen “Miss Globalcity 2019“.
2. The beauty contest is from 21th October – 3rd Novemberr 2019, including events of beauty competition, city visits, You Can-Earth Caring Movements Series events, charity activities and Earth Charter endorsement of United Nations.
3. Miss Globalcity Organization will provide luxury accommodation, food and domestic transportation for the delegates.
4. Queens will receive participation scholarship after all the activities!
   
   

 

 

SCHEDULE

The pageant event will be held from 21th October until 3rd November as following:
(1.) 21th October: Contestants check-in in Jinan
(2.) 22th October ~ 1st November: Business & Charity activities
(3.) 2nd November: Miss Globalcity 2019 Grand Finale
(4.) 3rd November: Contestants check-out

Qualifications of Delegates :

1. Must be female aged from 17 to 27 years old.
2. Must have a mandatory height of 5 feet 6 inches (168cm) or above.
3. Must have never been married nor pregnant.
4. Should be the winner, first or second runner-up of national beauty competition.
5. Must have a good talent and skill. Each girl should present her talents at least one time in the activities besides final competition.
6. Must have good comprehension of English.
7. Must agree with You Can E-C-M-A and must agree to endorse Earth Charter.

 

 

AREAS OF COMPETITION

National Costume (25%)

National costume can be anything the delegate represents a national symbol. As a candidate of Miss Globalcity, who should introduce her own city to the world by her unique national costume.

City Introduction Video (10%)

A 20 seconds city introduction video will be broadcast when during the delegate showing her national costume. In video, delegate can introduce her favorite food, famous landscape, cultural monuments, featured buildings or recommend tourist attractions.  It’s a great apportunity to make more people get to know the city she represents.

 

30 SECONDS SPEECH (10%) + EVENING WEAR (25%)

The Evening Wear phase is designed for the judges to assess delegate’s First Impression, Beauty and Attractiveness, Sense of Confidence and Grace.  Each delegate will make 30-seconds speech during Evening Wear phase.  The delegate will have to convey the concept about environmental protection, social care and charity activities for the earth.  The delegate must be able to express herself clearly, diplomatically and approachably in the speech.

 

Swimming Suit (25%)

The delegate must physically fit with good muscle
tone and body proportion, that she should 
prepare special and distinctive Bikini for this
part of competition.

 

Talent and skill (5%)

Talent may consist of dancing, singing, magic, yoga, hip-hop and so on.

Requirements

1. Must be in physical beauty and a good body figure to attend this beauty pageant.
2. Must accept the rules and disciplines of Miss Globalcity Organization.
3. Must prepare national costume for representation.
4. Must submit two pictures of face and entire body with crown and sash.
5. Must submit a 3 minutes city introduction video with English subtitles.
6. Complete the attached registration form.
